Promotion and Upgradation is linked to the updation in skills acquired by each team member. SOFFIT offers several avenues for professional development; we encourage all associates to pursue their passion.
Soffit has a well established Training Centre, intended to impart refresher courses to its existing team members as also to provide preparatory training to fresh recruits. We promote training and development programs fostering learning, enhancing soft skills and advanced education.
We have Technology Discussion Forums, where Senior members of the team share their knowledge in advanced technologies with their junior colleagues.
